1. This offer is valid for Viv’s Café VIP mailing list members and Instagram followers.

2. To redeem, a VIP guest must visit Viv’s Café with at least one other person.

3. Both the VIP guest and their guest(s) will receive 20% off their bill for that visit.

4. The discount applies to food and drink purchased in a single transaction during the visit.

5. Offer valid until November 3rd - 30th, 2025.

6. Free parking is still available; however, the 20% discount is applied before checking if the £20 minimum spend for 2 hours’ free parking is met.

7. The offer may be used more than once during the promotional period.

8. Cannot be combined with any other promotions, loyalty rewards, or discounts.

9. Viv’s Café reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

We will only use your information to:

• ●  Contact you with offers, updates, and news about our cafés if you tick the sign-up box.

• ●  Contact you if you win the prize of a free meal every day in December, even if you do not tick the sign-up box.

• ●  Any information provided without consent will be safely disposed of.

• Each voucher may only be used once. Completed offers will be stamped to confirm eligibility.

• Only one voucher can be used per 24h per person.

• All offers are valid until 30/11/2025.

• Spend £15 or more, including at least one item from our breakfast menu (excluding tea cake or toast).

• We will deduct the parking value (up to the cost of 2 hours) from your bill.

• One ticket reimbursed per £20 spent- e.g. Spend £40 = up to 2 tickets reimbursed; Spend £60 = up to 3 tickets reimbursed.

• Parking reimbursement cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Tickets are valid only against the bill for that visit.

• Monday–Saturday, pay-and-display parking is available in town bays during opening hours.
